No Payments for 90 Days on a New Ford in Spokane: Drive Now, Pay in 2027

Fall in Spokane is here. One weekend it is apple cider on Green Bluff and the next you are scraping frost off the windshield and pricing winter tires. If your current vehicle is not ready for another season, Ford Credit just made the timing easier.
Through November 16, 2026, customers who qualify for Ford Credit financing in Washington and Idaho may be eligible to defer their first payment for up to 90 days. Here’s what you need to know about eligibility and payment timing.
How the Ford Credit 90-Day Deferred Payment Works
- Eligible vehicles: Every new Ford model, any model year, from Maverick and Bronco Sport to F-150 and Super Duty.
- Purchase window: October 13 through November 16, 2026.
- Financing: Standard or special-rate retail financing through Ford Credit, on approved credit. The offer is built for buyers with strong credit, and not every buyer will qualify.
- Terms: Personal-use contracts run up to 74 months with 72 equal payments Commercial-use contracts run up to 62 months with 60 equal payments.
- Not included: Ford Credit Flex Buy contracts and certain credit-assist programs.
When Your First Payment Is Due
Sign on October 31 and your first payment lands around January 29, 2027. Wait until the November 16 deadline and it moves to about February 14. Your contract will show your exact first payment date. If you want to buy a new car now, but don’t want to have the added expense during the holidays, this program may be an option for you.
The Real Math: Interest Still Accrues
While your first payment is delayed, interest continues to accrue. Interest, if any, builds during those 90 days and adds to the total cost of your loan. If you qualify for one of the current Ford Credit special APR offers, a lower rate means less interest accrues. Run a few scenarios on our payment calculator, then ask your finance manager to show the totals with and without the deferral side by side.
Qualified Idaho Buyers are Eligible Too
Live in Coeur d’Alene, Post Falls or anywhere in North Idaho? If you qualify through Ford Credit, you can buy from Wendle Ford and still get the 90-day deferral along with the same national Ford incentives you would find closer to home. Ford Credit programs are national, so crossing the state line does not change your eligibility.
Our team works with Idaho buyers every week and will walk you through taxes and registration, which follow your home state. It is a short drive down I-90 to North Division, and you can value your trade and get pre-approved online before you leave the house.

Does Wendle Ford offer no payments for 90 days on new Fords in Spokane?
Yes. Through November 16, 2026, qualified buyers who finance a new Ford through Ford Credit at Wendle Ford can defer their first payment for up to 90 days, which pushes it into 2027.
Does interest accrue during the 90-day deferral?
Yes. Interest, if any, accrues during the deferral period and adds to the total cost of the loan. The amount depends on your rate and how much you finance, and a lower special APR reduces it. Your Wendle Ford finance manager can show you the exact figure before you sign.
Which Ford models qualify for the 90-day deferred payment?
All new Ford models of any model year qualify, including F-150, Super Duty, Bronco, Bronco Sport, Explorer, Expedition, Maverick and Ranger. Used vehicles are not part of this Ford Credit program.

Yes. Your trade-in value can be applied to your new Ford purchase, and the deferral applies to your new Ford Credit contract. Get an online trade estimate before you visit to speed things up.
Can buyers from Coeur d’Alene or Post Falls use this offer at Wendle Ford?
Yes. This is a national Ford Credit program, so North Idaho buyers can purchase at Wendle Ford in Spokane and qualify on the same terms. Taxes and registration follow your home state.
