You have the ability to custom order your vehicle from the plant. You can pick the color, the options and the accessories you want to make it uniquely yours. Ordering your perfect vehicle is really easy. Just follow the steps below:
Steps to Custom Order Your New Ford
Step 1
Start your custom order
Click Custom Order to get the process started. Select the model. Complete the Custom Order form, including vehicle preferences in the comments section.
Step 2
Work with a Wendle Ford Sales Representative
After completing the form, a sales representative will contact you to discuss the details of your order. At this time, we can explore what incoming stock we might have available that you would like. If what we have coming in is not preferable, our staff will work with you to get exactly what you want. They will be able to discuss the timeline for your vehicle. After you are satisfied with the selections you have made, we will submit the order for you to Ford.
Step 3
Track your new vehicle
When updates are available, our staff will contact you to let you know the status of your new vehicle.
Step 4
Complete the purchase and drive home!
When your new vehicle arrives at the dealership, we will schedule a time for you to complete the purchase. We will work with you on your finance options. After finalizing the sale, our staff will go over the options and features that you selected in your new vehicle. Then…you are ready to drive off in your new Ford, built just for you!

Q: Why should I custom order a new vehicle?
A: When you place a custom order you only pay for the features you want. Your vehicle will be configured just for you.
Q: What if I want a vehicle that is hard to find, with little to no inventory?
A: Newer models that have limited editions are hard to come by and that’s why often times they are the perfect vehicle to special order.
Q: Is a custom order for purchase only or I can I lease it?
A: Yes, you can lease a vehicle that you custom ordered.
Q: Is there an extra cost when ordering a new vehicle?
A: No, there is no additional cost for ordering a new Ford vehicle. Ford has offered additional incentives for custom orders which can save you money. Check with us for available current offers.
Q: What happens of the price of the vehicle I ordered changes?
A: At the time you custom order a vehicle, the price is locked in. If the price goes down before your vehicle is delivered, the price you pay will be adjusted accordingly. If the price goes up, we will honor the amount you locked in at the order time.
Q: Can I change my order after it has been submitted?
A: After your vehicle has been ordered, you will need to contact us to make changes. Depending on where your order is in the process, making changes may be an available option.
Q: How long will it take to get my ordered vehicle?
A: Delivery time will vary depending on the model and configuration. Currently, microchip shortages are slowing some deliveries. Usual delivery times are between 6 and 8 weeks.
