Q: What if the customer does not purchase accessories at the time of vehicle purchase?
A: As long as, the accessories are installed within 30 days of purchase the customer can come back and claim the incentive
Q: What accessories are eligible for this incentive?
A: Genuine Ford accessories purchased from a dealer are eligible
Q: Can this incentive be applied toward labor to install the accessories?
A: No, this incentive can only be applied toward the cost of eligible Ford Accessories up to $500 at MSRP.
Q: If accessories are pre-installed by the dealership on an unsold vehicle prior to the program start date, are they eligible for reimbursement under this program.
A: Yes. If the vehicle is sold within the program period, pre-installed accessories are eligible.
Q: If a customer places a retail order during the program period, does the accessories cash qualify for Incentive Protection?
A: Yes. This program is covered under incentive protection and the customer would be eligible for cash toward accessories when they take delivery of their vehicle.
